We went to Men's Warehouse and they had 4 colors in suit rentals for $120. We were very disapointed. We googled suit rentals and found this place. We got there and the gentleman opened the door for us, greeted us and was very knowledgeable. He had many more colors, including the specific color we were looking for. He even offered us an extra day for free because we have two weddings for the same couple. He was efficient and nice. We couldn't be happier.

Overall an excellent experience with Al's. Highly recommend working with Mike Ward. He was friendly, welcoming, thorough, and very knowledgeable on everything. We appreciated that he didn't hesitate to say what he did/did not like and we trusted his judgement. Seriously look no further, this is the place for all your wedding needs! Post-wedding update: Management was very accommodating in the midst of the pandemic for returns. Would recommend this branch to anyone looking for high quality and affordable formal attire and top-notch customer service.

Unacceptable service: I rented a tux for my brother's wedding and have not been able to contact them since either by phone or going to their store during business hours. Google says temporarily closed. If they in fact, went out of business, the professional thing to do would be to communicate with the customers impacted. I went to Ted's on Broadway instead, excellent service, they fixed the problem that Al's created for me.

Jay Jones was extremely helpful getting our tuxes ready for our wedding. We had a large wedding party and he made sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied. His attitude was great and he made the process smooth and easy. I would recommend him to all.

Worst SERVICE ever I wish I could leave a half of a star! . They promised to deliver then 10 days before they called and said FedEx won't do it?.... Really that's not what you were saying when you made me pay in up front for this service. Then the web site says they are open till 8pm, while guess what they are not! Stay far away from this place!!! Find another place 2 spend your MONEY

Al's saved the day, getting 5 tuxedos for my wedding, after another large chain store was a disappointment. Jay was great to work with! - he knows his stuff and helped get 5 skinny dudes in slim fit tuxes. We all looked sharp and the quality of the tuxes was excellent. Thanks for great service and attention to detail!

The service, staff and professionalism here are exceptional. They took care of my wedding to ensure everything went smoothly with rentals. They even went above and beyond to refer me to a specialty bow tie company when I mentioned that I wanted to get a custom bow tie made to match a sentimental vest which I wore in memory of my grandfather for the wedding!! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Jay helped us order the suits for my May wedding. He was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and hilarious. He truly made the experience simple and fun. We highly recommend anyone looking for menswear to go here, and see Jay!!

The store manager Jay was very helpful. He was willing to stay late to make sure that everything fit. They also were able to rush my suit for a weekend rental and it was a great fit/look. Good service and overall experience. They were also cheaper than Men's Wearhouse.

I have been extremely impressed with Al's Formal Wear every step of the rental and pick up process. Jay, the manager, helped me put together a sharp looking combination for a formal out of town wedding on just one week's notice and pleasantly discussed the event, my upcoming weekend and other small talk as he took the measurements. We wrapped up and he let me know it would be delivered early to make any adjustments if necessary. I got a call 5 days later from Charlotte it had come in and told her I would be there shortly. When I arrived, Charlotte had the tux already unpacked and hung out in a dressing room for me to try on. This thing fit like a glove! Jay absolutely nailed the measurements and showed me I've been buying the wrong size jackets for some time. My girlfriend is a bit of a fashionista and was ecstatic to see I had rented something trim and sleek. The level of service that I received from Al's Formal Wear was unparalleled. Not only did everything pertaining to the tux exceed expectation, Jay also remembered all the details of our small talk from the previous week when we fitted it.
