Blank Label

It has been a while since my order to write a review but it is a good story. I went to Blank in Denver to take advantage of the free shirt offer. I scheduled a fitting and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. I felt like it was me that determined what was going to happen with a few general guide lines in the fitting process of which was short and sweet. I left the store looking forward to receiving my shirts in a couple weeks. While waiting I packed up my life and moved to Europe, Budapest Hungary. They were kind enough to rearrange the shipping and sent my Oder in a timely fasion. I was pleased with the quality and fit. I want to thank Blank label for their professionalism as well as their flexibility. It was refreshing to see good old-fashioned customer service.

A relative introduced me to blank label and I had a great first, second, and third visit. The atmosphere is perfect: a mix or exclusivity, relaxation, and quality. From the very personalized service from Connor, to the exceptional quality of their clothing.... I will be a long time customer here.

Awful quality and terrible service. The suit looked good initially, but fell apart within a month. The manager here was particularly rude and unhelpful, and simply said I must have mistreated it. It didn't even have enough use for me to dry clean it yet, it was basically new and falling apart. I would recommend a cheap suit from a department store over this.

Very pleased with my experience at Blank Label. The clothier, Kate, is exceptionally polite, professional, and capable. I really enjoyed the customer experience, clothing options, and atmosphere. I would strongly recommend.

The custom suiting experience I had here was unlike any other. The service is very professional and they make the whole experience welcoming and very personable. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place, they need more recognition!!

Connor is friendly and helpful and the convenience of being able to order custom fitted shirts from home is real. Worth checking out!

Terrible service. Scheduled a 4:30 appointment and didn’t see me till after 5. I left. What’s the point of scheduling a allotted time, if they won’t be punctual about it. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is cause they gave me a drink while I waited for nothing.
