This is a fascinating store, finely curated with interesting things. I worked with the owner and another staff member on the purchase of a bag and the service was top notch. This is a place that I could spend a lot of time and I definitely will return.

Shipped me a Filson jacket to the UK in 3 days, next time please declare the value as $99 as got killed by customs, no point putting the real value for international orders if its not insured.

Very cool and unique store with great selection. Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service experience I have had in recent memory. Every question I had about the $1,000+ leather jacket I had planned to purchase was met with one-word answers and I felt that I was inconveniencing them and I’m fairly certain we were speaking with the owner. I plan to use this experience as a showroom for online purchasing and going directly through the manufacturer since they’ll hopefully not take my business for granted.

Very cool store! Think I could pick out something with my eyes closed and be happy. I didn't get the sales staff names Grey haired gentleman and the owners daughter but they couldn't of treated us any nicer. They were attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Denver.

After Ive bought a few items from them on their website, ive wanted to go to their store for a while. I finally made in there, and there isnt a better store around that you could walk into. The whole store is nothing but top quality. Awesome people to do business with, and even better to just sit and visit with. After finely getting to meet the staff, I dang sure plan on taking all my business to them that I can in the future. Thank you MWR for your hospitality and customer service

Made an online purchase on the website to take advantage of a promotion they had for a $150 gift card. The items arrived on time and packaged well. A couple of the items I ended up exchanging in person for different sizes. I was able to do this at the store in Denver instead of dealing with shipping. The store is very nice and laid out well. They have a great selection of Filson gear which is one of my favorite clothing makers. Some of the stuff they have is no longer available online. One of the reasons I purchased from them is they had the jacket in a size I needed that no one else seemed to have. The shop attendant was very professional and answered all of the questions I had on various items in the shop. If you plan to go here please be aware of the fact that many of the items inside are very valuable. You could quite easily spill your coffee and ruin a pile of $425 Filson Guide Sweaters beautiful sweater by the way.

Nice store. I loved the gun room. The salesperson gave me enough space to look to my heart's content, while being close enough to answer questions. Their selection included a handfull of new AYA's, and a mixed bag of British and European sxs's and o/u's. They also have a nice selection of used rifles, including a stunning Purdey double rifle, and several higher end bolt rifles.

Staff is really helpful, all their products are of the highest quality, and the style is classic. Mark, the owner, is personally & professionally, very responsive to any inquiry I've made. Love this place, been buying gifts for people that matter in my life from here for years. Go to Amazon if you don't care about the producer, employees, detriment to the planet, or end user of the merchandise. Shop at MW if you want high quality, mostly made in USA goods, sold by local folk.

Love this place. Great selection of mens clothes and toysfly rods, guns and such. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. One of the highlights of coming through Denver. Cheers!
