One of their bus drivers was to drive my wife and 3 other people, from Maxwell AFB ANNEX to the main Maxwell AFB and different locations in Montgomery AL, for the military. When he drove to the main base for one of his CUSTOMERS, he was denied entry into the main base; he then turned around and dropped off one of the passengers to the airport at his correct destination. My wife had a doctor’s appointment off base and without any restrictions of access to the location, but instead of DOING HIS JOB he then proceeded to take my wife and the other customers back to the annex base. He left everyone at the gate and drove off stranding them without transportation. As a result she missed her doctor’s appointment causing her a need to have to come back and drive 5 hours one way from our house and stay the night in a hotel again, costing her to take time off of work and costing my family a wasted trip, and a loss of income for the 2 days. When I called the phone number for the company I voiced that I wanted to speak with someone in regards to the issue that happened. I left my number and was told I will receive a call when they had more info. Later on I received a call from the office manager Debbie informing me that because the military denied her driver access to the base that the driver could not finish his job. And that they are not responsible for her missing her appointment. I informed her that her appointment was not on base and the driver could have finished the job he was paid to do and not leaving my wife stranded without a phone or any kind of help to at least return to where she was picked up from. And that since he failed to do his job of driving her to the doctor’s office that he is at fault for her need to return and miss more days off of work. She became offended when I asked for some kind of compensation for a wasted 2 day trip to Montgomery and stated the military was to blame and they should be responsible. She then stated the she was going to report me to the base and to have them deal with me and that I was not going to like how they were going to handle it. I became angry towards her and she continued to not accept the blame of the incident to the point that she raised her voice and hung up the phone. When I tried to call back I did not get an answer and I left a nasty voice mail.
