Birmingham Door To Door

Some good but mostly bad! We used them for a trip to Orlando in early June. The trip to the airport was great. Had us in a full size van-plenty of room for our luggage, professional driver, etc. They only get the second star for the Away trip, because the return trip was awful. We were picked up in a old ratty minivan that the air barely worked in. We were crammed in on top of each other and the luggage in some cases had to ride under our feet. The driver gave me his welcome back to reality by spouting wild-eyed conspiracy theories and I got to hear about what a horrible company Disney is after we just completed a trip to the Magic Kingdom and a Disney cruise. Seriously, who wants to hear that garbage THE VERY DAY you are returning from vacation? They claim there was a mechanical issue with one of their vans, but I got the impression we were double booked because the driver didn't have time for a quick stop. The driver was tipped as he got the luggage out, so once he got his money he cleared out and didn't bother taking it to the door. No refund was offered for the lesser van. Barely a slight apology.

Booking experience was quick! Driver showed 20 minutes early to the airport and returning from the airport. Will definitely book again!

Great experience with this company! They went above and beyond to help us last weekend. Vehicle was spotless and driver was super courteous.
