Dr. Aultman is the bomb, the front staff is always super kind and organized, the ultrasound and lab department are always on point and make you feel comfortable. ALL of the nurses are genuine and caring. The other doctors in the practice also seem great.

Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Called twice, the first time I called I asked for a moment to grab my insurance information and she hung up. She told me to call back when I was ready. The second time I called she recognized my voice and immediately asked if I was ready now. Then, we get through my information only for her to tell me the latest we can schedule is 2:00. that i must have the wrong office. I feel like this should be prefaced in the beginning given the office hours ending at 5:00.

First off I want to thank Brookwood Womens Medical Center and Dr. Aultman, for the best birth experience I could have asked for. Dr. Aultman is seriously the best, so caring and genuine. She listens and just cares, I will never forget the morning of discharge how bubbly she was to just see me and my LO thriving her smile made thinking about taking my 5.3lb baby home less scary. My labor nurses were angels the biggest coaches and supporters and never once questioned me, my nurses were a fear I had my whole pregnancy and I couldn’t have asked for better ones if I picked them myself. As a first time mom every single thing about labor is something so new, no matter how much research or reading you do and if you know me I’ve done all the research and reading during my pregnancy. Being able to trust the team that brought Sienna into this world was a god send, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a partial hysterectomy and ovarian drilling Monday - I had to stay the night - I was terrified because I stay at a hospital overnight in WA after a procedure and the experience was horrible. Not only is Dr Maddox and incredible Doctor she is an amazing listener and teacher. She takes her time with you and helps you understand. My nurses Ashley and Rachael were AMAZING. Super helpful and made me feel at ease. I’m truly blessed from start to finish my nurses were great. I would recommend theses people to anyone and everyone. Thank you for taking care of me!

Dr. Aultman is great. However waiting to be seen is stupid. My appt was @ 2:30 and it’s 4:03 and I still haven’t seen her.

I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Banks and his staff became a part of our family after numerous birth experiences. I recommend Dr. Banks to anyone and everyone that I possibly can!

My first visit per referral from a current patient. With today’s mishaps in society I was hesitant, but I must say best decision. The staff are amazing! Dr. Maddox is extremely informative and illustrates compassion for her patients. I highly recommend this office. Great to know there are doctors who remain passionate about their work. Love.

I had the best experience throughout my pregnancy/labor/delivery. She listened to all of my concerns and reassured me on it all. She’s friendly and that just made my experience all the better. I cannot put it into words how my delivery was using her because it was that amazing. They measured my son to be big and he was, but she didn’t push the idea of being induced or having a c-section. She let me chose. I don’t believe she ever would unless she thought it was absolutely necessary. I will definitely continue to use her.

Erin is WONDERFUL! I highly recommend the Votiva treatment!! My bladder issues are a thing of the past! No recovery time! No pain!

Renae and Tessa. On the 6th floor. Amazing nurses who put my faith back after bad experiences. Dr Maddow also is great and though nervous for hysterectomy she reassured me everything would be OK. Bedside manner was the best among these three ladies. I would give a million stars if I could. That's how good they are.
