Krista and her team were a huge help. Was relocating my father back to Illinois so neither he or I were even in Arizona. It did not take long for me to get comfortable providing Krista and her team full access to the house and my father’s belongings. Very trustworthy and she delivered what she suggested she could in terms of results. Not only that, but they did an amazing job of cleaning out the house and garage in preparation for the sale, which was no small task! Thanks again, Krista!

Do not hire Alacrity Estate Sale Company. First the owner, Christa verbally misrepresented the amount of money we would make... the sale made only about half of the estimated price she gave us, while she took her entire commission. My family ended up with less than 15% of the total amount of the sale while she took 85%. She then denied ever quoting us such a number, despite my sister and husband being present for the conversation regarding that estimate. In addition, Christa said she would clear all the rooms of the house including two sheds, but instead she left the house in shambles with half-eaten food in the refrigerator and neither shed cleared out. She even left kitchen drawers full of items that could have been sold untouched. Now we will spend the small amount of money we made to clear out the rest of the house. We will not even break even. In advance of the sale, I had to call and point out that they had neglected to advertise the sale on the website about 9 days before the sale took place. I also had to bring to their attention that the signage in the neighborhood to promote the sale was scarce...my comment was ignored. This was the worst kind of experience to have while dealing with the loss of our mother and sorting out her estate. I am writing this review to inform other families with the hope of preventing them from having the same negative experience during a vulnerable time.

Krista and her crew worked hard for my difficult seller. They worked around his issues, handled the sale, raised more money than I expected and finished by removing everything after per their agreement. I would highly suggest Alacrity Estate Services and Krista!

Alacrity was a huge help to my family. My uncles house was packed with things he treasured. The girls came in and cleaned and organized everything, had the sale, and the whole house was left completely clear of items. My family is so grateful for all the hard work and they generated a great amount of money for things we didn’t think were worth much. I live on the East Coast and was recently faced with cleaning out a very large, cluttered single family home in Sun City West after my father’s death. After spending a few days in Arizona to retrieve personal items from the house, I left everything else for Alacrity to handle. Alacrity ran an estate sale which required enormous preparation on their part. They then donated what could not be sold, removed what could not be donated, and swept out the house in preparation for the realtor. After paying for this service, I still came away with thousands of dollars from the estate sale proceeds. I highly recommend Alacrity, especially for someone in my position. Krista and her staff were lifesavers!
