I was impressed with the exceptional service I received from the first call with Christy to discuss the project, the cost and to schedule an appointment to the follow-up call I received from her again after the job was complete. The process was seamless, the customer service was stellar and the cleaning was remarkable! Luke, one of the owners, was personally there at the job and I love that as a small family business they care about their clientele and want to provide a high level of service to all of their customers. I stumbled onto Alameda Cleaners back in 2013, out of necessity and found them to be very friendly, informative and professional. Since then I have used them for cleaning my carpets, furniture, area rugs and mattresses in addition to refinishing my hardwood floors. So, this last month, when my husband bought a brand new truck it was a no brainer for us to use Alameda Cleaners and their MicroSeal product for protecting the fabric in his truck. I find Alameda Cleaners to be everything they advertise on their website and then some. They are the only cleaners I use and recommend to family and friends

I had a great experience with Alameda! They are the most experienced rug cleaners I have found in the Portland area. They came and picked it up and dropped it back off. They got a really tough spot out for me a very old and expensive rug, they are life savers!

Alameda was recommended to us over 10 years ago by our neighbor. Our carpet is a very light color and can look gross quickly. Through the years, Luke and Alex have taken care of doggy accidents, coffee spills, and general build up on our carpets. It always looks like new again when they are finished. I'm sure they have lengthened the life of our carpet!
