Good quick efficient service and very reasonable rates.

Rippoff! They charged $25/day for Rental Insurance. Not sure if it was price gouging because of the ice storm the day before, but it's the most I've ever paid to protect a rental vehicle. Even Fort Lauderdale FL was less. Not at all happy with them, and I'm a regular Alamo renter. May be time to change.

All of the Staff from New Orleans, Louisville and Boston airports were great. I reserved a smaller car but when I picked up they didn't have any so I got a free upgrade to a large sedan. I had a change of plans for drop off time and date and the Louisville employee really helped me out. I would definitely rent with Alamo again!

The lady on the counter was very professional and she was too  quick to process my paper work.

I received the car quickly, it was clean and the employees were very nice and professional.  Great environment.  Thank you.
