I was able to make my reservations online in just a matter of minutes. It was quick and easy no hassles. When I went to pick up my rental car I was given a free upgrade. The car and paperwork were already when I arrived. The only thing I had to do was sign my name and I was on my way.

Super quick transaction. Excellent person working the counter. We called and said we were on our way and would make it real close to closing and maybe a couple minutes after. They said no problem. They really worked with us. Highly recommended.

The Enterprise branch @ 7519 preston are great people,they like family to me because they go above and beyond to try to get you in the vehicle that you want.

The staff was friendly, but late picking me up. The car was clean, but the low fuel light was on. The display said I had 16 miles left until it needed fuel. It cost $23.50 to fill up.

I have rented vehicles many times with Enterprise and always satisfied with every overall experience! The latest rental was a Dodge Caravan and we were thrilled with it, even considering buying one! Had a Reservation @ the south hurstbourne location for a standard car when I got there was told not only did they not have one but the only vehicles they had was high end SUV'S and and big suv's so I'd have to pay $200 more to get one , they would not help with the prices or help me find a location for a car I reserved

I always get great service from this location.
