Pulled inside the car wash, got sprayed with some water for maybe 30 seconds, it turned off and made me exit. My truck is still completely dirty. Tried calling and emailing and got no response.
Used to have an unlimited plan back in Pennsylvania with a different company. Saw this offer and decided to give them a try. Very pleased with the wash and the way the system works. Only downside, is that there are only 6 locations and it seems everyone is always at all 6. Goes to show you the popularity of the service.
I don't understand what's with the negative reviews. Understand that most touchless car wash will not be able to get all the dirt off of your vehicle the first time if your car is super dirty. I never have any problem with the car wash itself.
For 1st time users for unlimited wash gets 50% for a month. I'm very happy with it and the pros, get to clean for a whole month. The cons are that some part of the car is still dirty. Today 4/22/23 there's no soap on the second right side. So disappointing
I keep trying to give these guys a chance. Doesn't even take dust off the car. Do not use the far left lane. Garbage. Waste of $18
Not the worst in town but not the best and with a few new washes popping up around town I don’t know if I will continue my 2 wash passes. Definitely have a few areas they can work on Blow dryers never really do a good job and if someone is getting dried in the next bay all that water lands right back on your car because of the open man door’s in between each bay. Bays are closed often making for very long waits. Soap always gets left on the mirrors of my vehicles. Wash doesn’t always get the dirt off. I was 2 or 3 times a week even in the winter. Just the water and soap doesn’t hit all of the vehicle. Vacuums don’t do the best job but it’s a car wash vacuum I don’t expect much. The wash passes are pretty affordable I would recommend getting one of those. The app does glitch from time to time and won’t let you in to the bay.
Alaska Laser Wash, located in Anchorage, Alaska, provides a satisfactory car wash service. The facility is well-maintained and clean, making for a pleasant experience. The car wash provides multiple packages for customers to choose from, depending on their preferences. The wash itself does a good job of cleaning the exterior of vehicles. However, I did notice that it occasionally missed spots on the back tailgate of pickup trucks or the back part of cars. While this was a minor issue, it can be a bit inconvenient if you're looking for a thorough wash. The prices for the car wash packages are reasonable and affordable, making it an accessible option for those looking for a car wash in Anchorage. The options range from a basic wash to a more comprehensive wash that includes waxing. Overall, Alaska Laser Wash is a solid and reliable option for those looking for a car wash in Anchorage. While there may be occasional missed spots on the back of the vehicle, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are reasonable.
Inconsistent washing. I've had a few decent washes in past where I can actually see the soap foaming as it works, but majority of the time, the truck looks no cleaner than if I had sprayed it with a hose in my driveway. Today, I just wasted my time and money again...as you can see from picture, the windshield looks like it hasn't been touched, let alone other parts of the truck this is immediately after going through a mid-tier wash.
Machine would neither take cash or card. Won't come here again. This also happened at another car wash.
I pulled in the bay and the wash wand hit my car then the whole wash stopped and told me to exit. I tried finding an attendant, there was not one. After calling every number I could a woman told me there was an attendant there and I was wrong. I informed her I was still standing there, then she told me that he had actually left. I asked for a refund, she said she would take care of it. The charge is still on my account.
