Two "Washes" - Dirty and Damaged - Owner Non-Responsive We pulled into Bay #2 last week in a rental, and the cracked screen told us to keep pulling forward. Skeptically, we eventually stopped, but forward or back, the wash wouldn't start despite the spinning wand throwing soap. After a minute or two, the front door opened, indicating we should proceed forward on a canceled wash. As we did, the wash started and scratched the front bumper on our Turo rental. Strike one. Gluttons for punishment, we pulled into Bay #3, hoping to at least clean our freshly scratched car. The cycle ran appropriately, but one of the 3 spinning wands was ripped off, causing immense loss of pressure and more soap/water on the ground than on the car. See pictures, the vehicle was incredibly dirty still. Strike two. We immediately called ownership, who was not on site. After telling us we likely "did it wrong," he said he'd review the footage and "might" get back to us the following day. It's been nearly a week, Strike three. Our experience was a barely functional, poorly maintained facility, with absentee ownership that doesn't do what he says he'll do. Ironic that his car wash also doesn't actually wash cars, even with two tries. It does damage them however, so I'd go elsewhere at all costs.

It warmed up and my mini needed a good wash. Because I know it's just going to get dirty again I opted for the $11 wash, just above basic. The only bay open was 2nd to the last right-side. Wash was excellent. Cleaned my girl right up and she looked nice. I gave 3 stars because of the drier. Only dries from the top so my side mirrors ended up with spots. If I could leave 3.5 I would.

Both sides of my car were barely cleaned. Much dirt left. This wash was only worth $2, not $11!! 3 other lanes were closed. That should’ve been my warning.

Meh. It's a car wash. Does an ok job. The change machine was out of order so I couldn't use the vacuums.

I went here for a simple car was for my pickup. I had the usual dirt from driving in anchorage during the spring. Paid the 14 dollars and the car wash didn’t take any of the dirt off. Called the number posted online and they let me through again. Thanks for the good service!

Worst car wash ever I paid $15 for my car to come out still dirty nobody was around to help me I really don’t appreciate getting ripped off like that plus the machines wouldn’t take cash. I would like a clean car and not get ripped off!

Kind enough to let me through for a 2nd wash for free after first wash poor result. Still not fully clean, but good enough for me today. 5 stars for service, 1 star for performance

The door wouldn’t open, but it said enter. I called the number displayed the guys that answered were at the door and got it open right away!!
