We had the BEST time on our ride today! They provided all the necessary gear to stay warm which I think made an huge difference. Our guides were so knowledgeable, experienced, and fun. The dogs are incredibly impressive and clearly love what they do. We felt so lucky to experience this and we can’t recommend it enough. Thank you!!
Mesmerizing watching the dogs run! From clothes to education to dogs and experienced drivers Alaska Mushing School provided an amazing experience! There was also a litter of three pup to name the adorable pups!
We had a magical experience riding the sled! The dogs were amazing, and so was our musher/guide. Highly recommend!

Nothing but 5-stars for this Alaskan experience!! Even the very youngest was able to get super hands on with the puppies. . Denali showed it’s face, making for a bonus trail ride. Our multi-generational group rated this the best winter experience for all. Be a musher, a rider, or just a puppy petter! Thank you crew!
Absolutely incredible experience! Guides were knowledgeable and experts in their craft! Dogs obviously loved and well cared for! Great ride and learned so much! Gear was clean and warm! Scenery beyond description! 100/10 recommend
An absolute MUST if you’re traveling to Alaska. Mike, our instructor, was so friendly and patient. The dogs are amazing athletes. They truly love what they do, and are loved and well cared for by the Happy Trails team.
10/10 experience. Highly recommend! Our tour guide, Chad, had completed the Iditarod before and was a wealth of knowledge through out the tour. Once in a life time experience and an absolute must. Looking forward to our future night tour as well. Happy mushing! Thanks!
Happy dogs, knowledgeable and professional mushers in a gorgeous location. Highly recommend to anyone with dogsledding on their Alaska bucket-list. I’ll be taking all my winter visitors from here on out.
