The older white lady that works Tuesday morning is racist and definitely doesn’t want to work there never got so angry buying some soda I got like 6 instructions to how I shouldn’t put heavy stuff in the cart to take out my card. When I askek if my three soda discount went through she snapped at me saying she didn’t press final Feels nice to be treated just because I’m Asian. Thanks. Def don’t think I would’ve been treated that way if I was white
The food quality and inventory are good. The problem with this store is proper staffing. One cashier available on a busy Saturday is standard for this branch. Because of this, I don't frequent this branch unless I have to.
So I called the bakery 3 times with no answer. I went to the bakery around 4pm to get a cake and stood there for almost 20 minutes before someone came to help us we bought a tiramisu cake and had some a couple hours later it did not taste good it was dry and not flavorful
Albertsons could do better. They're only half open after 7pm, one door is locked. They don't carry a wide variety of products for instance donuts or frozen foods. Usually has lines to check out. Not enough cashiers for peak times. Not the greatest customer service. I only go there now if I absolutely need something.
Good selection of items, friendly service, and clean facilities. Can't really ask more from a grocery store. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy though. Overall, it some of their prices can compete with other Superstores like Target and Walmart. I've giving it 4 stars because it needs an upgrade or remodel. Otherwise it's a safe ans resonable place to shop. Thank you for service!
It was good. They have products you can't find at Walmart so I will be back. There is no self check out at this location, which forces human interaction, yuck. joking
terrible customer service had a simple question to be answered that the employees apparently didn't know the answer to. Then was put on hold for the vast majority of a 32min and 15 second call to call back several times and be immediately redirected to hold again. Once the manager finally picked up she denied I had been on hold for 30mins claiming she was helping another customer and answered my 2 second question.
Been calling for hours, literally the entire day today and not one answer. It even says you will be conncected to someone and not one person take initiative to answer the phones, not even a manager. So if you have any baker questions or intend on getting a cake for a birthday or quinceanera, don't bother with this location and hit a more reliable and dedicated location
I really enjoy shopping at this place because they have such variety of foods and the attention to detail they give to their fresh produce is unremarkable
I hate leaving the store a bad review, but one of the managers by the name of Olivia needs some serious customer service skills. I sense that she hates her job and could care less about delivering adequate customer service. I downloaded the app in order to get the special on the cherries on Sunday evening. Waited in line for over 5 mins no problem with that only to find out that I needed an extra step to get the discount. Olivia could not be bothered to show me what the next step was so she suspended my order and told me that I would need to figure it out and get back in line. Really?? Luckily one of the customers overheard the conversation and offered to assist me, while shaking his head at the rudeness of Olivia. I then proceeded to get back in line, waited another over 5 mins but was then helped by a very nice young man. I believe his name was Oscar, he was very helpful and made the end of my shopping trip much better. This Olivia has a very bad attitude towards customers, maybe it’s time for her to retire.
