Stater Bros. Markets

It used to be much better. The lines are usually a little long. It's just another grocery store. Not 1 thing special. That is ok.

It's a very clean store nice people thru out the store and they won't bite your head off if you ask if you can use the rest room.

My review is for Antonio at the meat counter. He is such a positive and fun person. The first time he helped me, he asked me and another customer for our names. I was surprised he remembered me the next time I saw him! The world needs more people and employees like him.

Took my son to use the Laboratory as we’re drying our hands a manager with black combed hair uses the stall and walked out without washing his hands. Did not get a name nor a chance to confront him as I didn’t see him for the rest of my shopping. Finished grabbing dinner for my kiddo to see only two scanners open and a line filled with fellow concerned shoppers. Which seems to be THE standard after the head managers leave Chaos.

The Riverside Dr store has been my store for 30+ years. Due to health i have used Instacart for food delivery. Went on Sunday- WOW- total remodel & layout! Looks great!

I went there and the cashier was nice, good customer service from her. She asked me about bags, I said I needed them. I had a few things like orange juice and eggs. The problem was the person that bags the groceries, asked me if I wanted bags? I just finished telling cashier I needed bags, so why did she ask again? So I explained why I needed the bags, "I did not have a cart, so this is why I need the bags" I thought it would be obvious, but instead of just getting a basket or just understanding I need bags. "Bagger" She rolled her eyes and had a demeanor of bad attitude, I told her thank you after she bagged my stuff. There is no need to treat a customer like that, especially being in customer service, people don't want carry there eggs and orange juice in there hand!!!! And no need for bad attitude especially during the holidays! Makes for bad service. I will not be returning, I can just go to Stater Bros in another city!

Deli customer service was horrible, the person there was very rude

Stater Bros. has been one of my favorite markets over the years due to excellent meat, produce, quality and prices. They seem to get it all right as the grocery market industry is very competitive but Stater's has stood the test of time. My brother even worked for a short time at this particular store many, many LOL years ago. The employees here are really nice and I also greatly appreciate there is a very clean restroom that is available for customer use upon asking for the lock code.

When they marinate meet only marinated for one side it does not taste good try to marinate it from both sides and believe me it will be much better or put somebody that is willing to marry made it better all Meats

Hector the evening manager has excellent customer service skills, he acknowledges customers & goes out of his way for you, very helpful & professional. Makes shopping at Stater Bros. a better & friendly experience.
