I hired this office to represent my interests in retaining my share of the business, unfortunately. I was led to believe there would be resolution; three years later, there has been no progress. I am constantly receiving statements for work that was not completed, work that was never proven (despite my asking for proof), overage on the cap I set (where I was supposed to be warned when I reached that amount) and NO communication from the office regarding the bill that is allegedly due. I have consistently called every extension in the office for the last five months and have received NO response other than emails with attached balances. Not one time during the last year has a person EVER answered the phone OR returned my call. Due to the incompetency of this office, I lost my share in the business I helped to create and I am being constantly reminded of that with every invalid past due statement they send. I strongly urge you to contact someone else for your personal and small business needs; I only wish I had.
