Their advertisement arrived in the mail the same day as a misdemeanor complaint, but like a fool I called them. I felt like I was being given the used car sales bit. When I asked about the fee, "for you today....." I felt like I was on Let's Make a Deal. Then he told me the fee. End of conversation. I called another attorney, who's fee is less than half what these guys want. Do your diligence before hiring them. They catch you when you are already emotional over what you just received in the mail, and they play on it. They hang at the court house and send out their flyers as someone files something against you. Ambulance Chasers! DO NOT give them your credit card number. He tried to get me to give it to him over the phone.

I get on the phone I don't even talk with a lawyer and this lady is super aggressively rude. Talking very unprofessional and being Condescending and very loud when she spoke. To me this rang volumes with how they conduct business. Obnoxious.

Jack was a wonderful attorney to my family. It made us feel very confident about hiring him. Outcome was awesome no jail time for anybody. I don't know another federal attorney as professional as he is in the courtroom. Thank you Jack

I called to get info on record sealing and was hung up on. So i called baxk and was told to contact a lawyer where the charge took place even tho i live in new mexico.
