Don did my bankruptcy in 2014 and if I ever have someone harassing me about money and have a question he and his staff will still answer my questions. I have had nothing but a great experience with him. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I was trying to obtain a better agreement to have a better relationship with my daughter long distance. He accomplished everything I asked for and more. Went to bat for me in court and had an excellent outcome. Negotiated and resolved things quickly without dragging the case out. Will always recommend him to any father trying to protect his rights. The BEST of the BEST; Don Harris New Mexico Financial Law. My spouse and I interviewed three different bankruptcy attorneys over a period of two years; twice with Mr. Harris. We decided without a doubt, that Mr. Harris and paralegal Jill were the team that truly understood our situation. Over the weeks and months working with the law firm our faith in the systems were instilled; as we had been so beaten down making the decision we finally made, after our two year decision. Mr. Harris and/or Jill were always available to us when we called into the office, or walked-in--we were always welcomed with understanding. Spiritually, emotionally and financially we had "beaten" ourselves up and finally making the decision to hire Don Harris took so much from our shoulders. Mr. Harris worked with us; we worked as a team, decisions were always made with our best interest at hand. The pre and posting financial counseling were great good directives for us.
