My favorite store

I ordered a pair of shoes, they only sent one. Called customer service, which was an awful experience. They made me go back to a store just to order it again. I didn't get charged twice, but I had to go through all this effort because of their deficienies. Terrible experience. Not really this store's fault, but aldo pissed me off.
