Amazinng! Very attentive and friendly staff. Felicia helped me throughout my entire process and I ended my purchase very happy- with a pair of black loafers that i have been searching for for 3 weeks AND a beautiful pair of sparkly silver lace ups on sale for 19.99!!! I was first shopping at ALDO and they didn't have my size but was also a little turned off by the prices--its just ALDO. With my student discount I got a cheaper pair..and they are from the lovely Steve Madden. A WIN WIN! xx

Bought these chic, sexy sandals from Steve Madden today! The employees were super helpful in finding me the right pair. I felt kinda bad bc i tried on like 10-12 pairs, but they were totally gracious about it! Great shoes and Great customer service!

It was a great experience, catharine is really nice and was very patient with me lol... they actually have a slightly better selection of things than they have at king of Prussia mall, they open at 12pm not 11am... check the store out its in a great location.
