the worst thing in stores they gave me at Christmas some shoes a size smaller without using them they did not want to change them now those shoes do not work for me! Now I will never buy from Aldo again

Good product. Did buy shoes. Help is not good here. Just standing around talking with each other. Saw other patrons had to approach them and ask for help. Me being one of them. Should just be a self help store. Just have a security guard stand in front to make sure they pay at the self checkout counter.

I like this location. I bought flats as a gift and didn't notice there was only 1 shoe in the box. So when I went to exchange the shoes bcuz they didn't fit the person the girl who attended me didn't make a fuss about there only being 1 shoe. She made the exchange easy!
