ALEX AND ANI

Necklace broke twice these pass 2 months. They repaired one of the clasps by squeezing it together it's now gone and the other clasp with 925 marking is now broken. Spent $180 as a gift for someone. Very nice people but I wouldn't buy any more jewelry from here again and this was my first experience. I want to post pictures of the necklace on to this review however doesn't give me the option to.

My boyfriend purchased something from their website and never got an email confirming his purchase or a receipt. When he emailed them, they responded to the email that they don’t respond to emails and he would have to call for help. After being on hold for over three hours we gave up. Your motto is good customer service is worth waiting for, that’s a joke!! No one should have to wait that long, maybe you should hire more people!!!

Did not receive an order update when I placed my order, although I was charged. The last order I placed I received an update. Instead they sent me a message, stating, did you forget something? Saying that I forgot to complete my order. I spent a long time on the phone with customer service, on hold for more than 3 hours. At the end of the 3 hours I finally got my shipping update after days and days of waiting. Very upset, The message on there customer service line kept saying your time is very important to us, I honestly do not believe that.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have bought Alex and Ani from retail stores, and after receiving numerous emails, I finally placed an online order. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. My order was placed almost a month ago, and I still do not have my order. I have emailed, and called numerous times only to be given one excuse or another. As much as my daughters and I enjoy their products, if we don't see what we like in a retail store, then we won't buy it.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced calling into to the call center speaking with Heather she could careless about my issue. Still don’t have the Christmas gifts that were purchased well before Christmas and being told I can’t request a refund until the received the product back. I wish I could give zero stars. NEVER Ordering from them again. Complaint filed with BBB

needed a gift for a party - called the store yesterday to hold the item. Told the associate I'd be in there today to pick it up. Go to the mall only to pick up my items - find they have a note on the door about an emergency inventory. Walked around the mall for over an hour - come back to find it's still closed! Call the store to find out when they may be opening and was told they can't tell me that. Thanks for making me late to my event & providing extremely horrible customer service! NEVER AGAIN!

They was a Christmas gift to me I was very happy to finally get my bracelets but with a few months the silver has changed to a rusty look also my beads have broken off an it also has stretched in size an I'm not a big girl so my wrist hasn't changed in size I'm very unhappy with my Alex an ani bracelets I would very much appreciate if they were fixed an given an apology..

I found the sales associates to be rude and unprofessional . When making my purchase another customer commented on a bracelet I was wearing and asked me if it was an Alex and Ani... the woman ringing up my purchased chimed in before I could answer and said " No that is not a real Alex and Ani".
