They know me and my husband by name. They treat us like family and made us getting wedding bands easy. Update: we still love coming here!! Since getting my engagement ring/band and my husband's band, our business has really taken off and we have been very fortunate. Since then we have gotten my husband a very nice heavy chain and bracelet, my beautiful mother's ring and lots of other amazing pieces. We have probably spent close to 20grand with these guys and love going there! Thank you. They even rushed to size my rings! Had them done in 2 days! Thank you! Kelly is such an amazing help! She deserves a raise!
On 12-15-22, in the late afternoon, I visited the Christiana mall location in Delaware to get my annual jewelry inspection. There were 2 employees working, one was busy with a customer and the other was chit chatting with a friend. I had to wait for him to finish chatting and when he finally came over I could tell he couldn't wait to get rid of me once he found out I wasn't a cash sale. I needed help getting my necklace off and he told me the young gentleman with me could do it. My son is autistic so I struggled to get it off myself. Once he was done he told me to have a good day and walked off before I could say thank you and put my jewelry away. There were no other customers in the store so he didn't rush to help anyone. He was the worst and I absolutely hate going to this location but it's the only one left that's closest to me. This is the second time I've had to deal with this employee and I am already dreading seeing him again next year.
I drive over a hour from my home just for them not to up hold there end on the warranty. On my wife's wedding rings. I lost the papers but the store at white marsh just pulled my info up on the computer. I will be sticking with Kay's the stand by there warranty.

A few weeks ago I brought in my great grandmas ring hoping to get the band fixed. When I came in with the ring they told me they can only work with their designs and that they wouldn’t fix the ring. My grandpa went in a week later and they had no problem taking the ring and it was pretty cheep fix. I am so frustrated as I am a young adult who wanted the ring fixed for a special occasion but wasn’t able to get it fixed in time due to them not accepting the ring from me.

Upon closing every NJ store, Littman should have made an arrangement with NJ jewelers to perform our under-warranty jewelry inspections and repairs instead of expecting us to FedEx our precious diamonds back and forth across states. We paid a large amount for these warranties. Let this serve as a warning what will happen to new shoppers when Littman also closes the stores where they shop.
Littman is a great place to get jewelry. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer great life time warranty on the metal and stones. I highly recommend stopping here next time your in the market for jewelry for a loved one.
I purchased a Engagement ring wedding band set with the warranty plan in 2017. So, I went to the store in the Christiana Mall for scheduled maintenance to retain the warranty. My experience at the store was good. However, I did an hours drive to the location as two stores that were more convenient were closed by the company. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Dropped off my ring in August for repair. It is now November and though I hound them I still dont have my engagement ring back. Jane could use better manners as she has a greater than though demeanor when addressing me. She made a point to say it is my husband that spends the money, my response is who do you think he spends it on. Wish there was another location or some of the workers that worked there in the past.
