Time: Early 2018 Positives: great experience when you are there. Nice setup within office. Ernie is a great salesman. Negatives: overpriced for what it is. Disorganized - Ernie missed our appointment twice. 1st - had a consultation to buy clothing. We showed up and no one was there so could not buzz in. Was able to get in contact with Ernie by telephone and he was at a “showroom” and forgot. He met us few hours later and sold us clothing. No problem. 2nd - I went to go pickup my clothing per set appointment about 2 months later. He calls me an hour before on a Saturday as I was on my way to the city. He couldn’t make it and had to reschedule. Fine if he told me a few days before but an hour before is unacceptable. Also the fact he was in Pennsylvania already. Conclusion: Solid experience when you are there. Overpriced for “bespoke” shirts. Ernie needs a personal assistant as he has no clue how to make and honor appointments.

I ordered a tie from this website in December 2016. I payed $50 for next day delivery and when the tie has not arrived I emailed and called the store. For a few days they were assuring me that it would arrive soon I could not track it at all, but after a while they were completely irresponsive to my emails and calls. It has been a year now and the order hasn’t come still. I tried writing again and no reply for weeks. No refund either. By far the worst online shopping experience in my life

Ernie is a mastermind, their clothing are statement pieces . I got my boyfriend a flannel button down and everyone has been completing him on it . Quality clothing and experience all around .
