I booked this hotel last minute after not making my flight. It was appealing because it seemed cheaper than some of the other ones. I was disappointed when the shuttle needed at 48hr notice, how can they expect that being an airport hotel? Most people will be booking last minute because of situations like mine… and not to mention the Uber was 20EUR each way! 40 EUR round trip to the airport. Also was shocked to see there was no restaurant in the hotel or even within walking distance so I needed to Uber eats food, being another extra charge. Other than that rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was nice. Fo r the extra money I ended up paying, I wish I just chosen a different hotel that provided these services …
Clean place but doesn't have any food or beverage at night. Expensive to get to the airport since they do not loger offer shuttle service. Friendly service.
Room is in very good standard and much comfortable. 3 stars only becouse no beer in the hotel and not much to eat in the restaurant.
Room great, bed good, clean enough. Don't take Amex unfortunately. Only downside was the guy at the reception. I don't think he meant to but he was really rude: "I see you booked a shuttle for tomorrow" -no I didn't in with the car. "Oohh that's going to be a big big problem then". Clearly not my problem or reason to keep me waiting. Then I wanted to pay with American Express: "oh no no that's impossible, if you don't have anything else you can't stay". I had something else, no reason for drama.
The fire alarm turned on at 3 am in the entire building without reason and we had to leave the room in the middle of the night. There was no excuse from the hotel, the answer was: "We haved alarm ringing on this hotel so it's imporant to feel system walking on.". At 3 o'clock in the morning, excuse me? This is rude behaviour. I recommend avoiding this hotel!
Really bad service. The web page says that is 3.6km from airport but is more than 20. The taxi from the airport costs 35€. It is in the middle of nowhere. They didn't come to the airport to receive us as they say in booking.com, because this service works only from 6.00-8.00 and it costs 10€ per person. The room was dirty, the rivets had stains. The shower tab was broken and the shower clogged. Awful experience...
The airport shuttle is not informed clearly. Arriving within the indicated times is not enough: The reservation should be made 24 hours beforehand: However but that´s not precised at least on Ace´s English speaking site. Instead there is written "The days before arriving". If one reserves the room a day before, basically the shuttle is no longer available.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Close to Charles de Gaulle Airport and close to the city centre.
Good value. Comfortable rooms with air con. Enjoyable running route to Mitry Mory.
Great price, good rooms. Well situated for airport. Rooms had been freshly decorated and were of a good size. Nice bathroom with a decent sized shower. All was really clean. Would revisit. Shame you can't park the park there while away on holiday using the aiport.
