I called to schedule an appointment. The lady that answered the phone decided to put me on hold. Let me reassure you this was as quick as she answered my call. I was fine with being on hold because usually I'm never on hold for too long. 10 minutes went by and I'm still on hold. She finally came back to the line and told me that she was busy with another "patient." And I said "okay well I still need to schedule my appointment". She goes well "I can't right now give me your name and # I'll call you back" Never did she call me back for anything!!!! Bad customer service. Like why wouldn't you call me back???? These appointments are important to me and I'm sure they could be to other people aswell. But it's fine I'll find somewhere else to go. Some organization that can actually take my appointment!
