I rarely write reviews, but this place is amazing. Had a minor dent on my bonnet and Eddie took care of my car, made it brand new look and even had my car washed and clean in both interior and exterior. Price was also very reasonable. This is what you call an excellent service!! I would definitely visit this place again if I need to visit a auto body shop. Best in town!

I highly recommend this auto body shop. Someone scratched my car a Mercedes bumper I walked in to ask for pricing on some body work and with no hesitation Eddie came out to see what the best thing they can do. Then with in seconds he said pull your car up and will do It in the spot before I know It they were working on my car after they were done they said they will wash my car and then when I tried to pay them for It he said don’t worry about and didn’t even take a dollar from me. Had someone bump my car during parking and scratched my Mercedes bumper, came to Alex auto body and spoke to Eddie and with no questions asked he took my car and buffed my bumper and gave me a wash!!!! And didn’t charge me a penny now that’s what I call service. Amazing staff and overall a great experience. Will be recommending many people to come here!! Thank you!!

I went there on Tuesday to get a quote on my car, from being hit by a huge rock on the belt parkway. I HATE THE BELT. He was super busy but made time to come out and see my car. I told him I would like to get the work done, he said it will be ready Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday and at 8:45, he calls me that my car is ready. He asked if I washed it before bringing it, I told him no but not to worry about it. He said to give him 45 mins and he will have the car washed. I told him it was necessary but he insisted. Alex auto is one of the best repair shops in brooklyn i have been to 2-3 other auto shops in brooklyn and 1 in jersey They are warm and welcoming, patient and pay very close attention to detail. Eddie worked on 4-5 projects for me, one was a small fender that needed a paint touch up and others were more intense. He ordered parts and did the repair in a timely fashion for a fair price.
