Avoid at all costs. I came here for an inspection and they told me I also needed an oil change. I get free service at Volvo but for the convenience I figured I’d do it on the spot and give them the business. I usually pay between $20-$30 for an oil change. They billed me $200! And blamed it on oil prices going up. I didn’t want to fight and embarrass myself in front of other customers but I am so upset. They see a woman in a nice car and take advantage. My bill also had random services that I didn’t request on it. They really just took advantage of me. Thieves. Never go here!Service: Oil change

I came for a vehicle inspection for a 2020 car. After waiting on a long line, 5 mins later the guy at the front desk tells me my windshield wipers don’t work and “leave marks on the windshield”. My car is new, the wipers work perfectly, and I just had my windshield replaced by Safelite and they told me I did not need new wipers. They proceed to try to sell me their own windshield wipers for $30 and basically tell me if I don’t purchase them I fail. As I was inquiring regarding the issue, the different types of wipers, and whether they fit my car and lease, the man goes to get the wipers and tells the manager about my “f-ing nonsense” and I overhear the manager telling him to “just fail her” so he did and kept the $37. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused to come out and speak with me and said he was busy. I drove 10 mins away and passed without any issue. They will do anything they can to get money. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the hundred auto body/service shops in the area with better pricing and customer service.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Just like everyone else, I came in for an inspection, I have a brand new car. They made sure to get paid before they did the inspection. The guy said that I need to change my wipers, need an oil change, and change air filter? about $500 fees. Big Scam, this place should be shut. After failing the car, they opened my hood and wouldn't give me back by for 30 minutes. This place should be shut down!!!!!!!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I confirm the last review!!! They are thieves and the guy at the front is rude, he communicated very poorly and he contradicted himself about what he just said when you confronted him. I paid 45 dollars just for a 1 minute job and walked away completely frustrated. The owner must be aware of that!!! Please avoid at all costsService: Auto maintenance

Never go to this shop, they take advantage of people that don't know about cars. They charged over $90 for windshield wipers. Go somewhere else!!!!!!

Go to this place if you’re looking for headaches otherwise do yourself a favor and use a different mechanic, I went for an oil change and inspection after waiting in line to be serviced a see a car cut the line, when I asked why I was verbally abused and cursed out for asking why they let people cut the line when other have been waiting, thr owner had a temper he can’t control it’s not worth the headache

Never recommend this mechanic shop. I came here with my Chevy guys were rude and so mean to me. Very expensive inspection was over 100$ never visit them

Dishonest!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I went for an oil change and specifically asked how much it would cost. They told me 87$. When I asked to pay they said payment after service was complete. When oil change was done they handed me a Bill for 190$!! They insisted on CASH and threatened to not give me my keys back. The owner was screaming like a maniac trying to intimidate me!! Do not use this shop they are scammers!!
