LAST NAME MIGHT BE THE SAME BUT NO RELATION. VERY COOPERATIVE AND WORKED REALLY HARD TO HAVE MY APARTMENT READY A WEEK EARLIER THEN PLANNED. VERY NICE OFFICE CENTRALLY LOCATED AND NICE STAFF. HIGHLY RECCOMEND
They don't care about your problems and they want you to know it. Issues major and minor are slow to be addressed, if at all, and you can bet they'll let you know how unhappy they are with you for inconveniencing them with your issue. Staff is either incompetent or maliciously unhelpful.

Unresponsive, failure to address important tenant issues, extreme negligence—even on minor paperwork changes. Good luck to anyone trying to work with these guys. The 5-star reviews are by employees at Friedman. Please ignore.
Friedman Management just installed new tiles in the kitchen and hallway in our apartment. We've been tenants for nearly 3 years. The tiles look great.
