Terry went above and beyond fixing my boat. I brought it in running poorly after having sat for over a year with old fuel. He knew exactly how to fix it, and after service was complete, it's running better than ever. He  provided excellent customer service while fixing. He kept in contact with me while it was being worked on and made sure I was happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Chaparral Corporate was very unresponsive to me and mechanics about a part I needed for a year, and we didn't get any help until they connected me to him. Once they put me through to Chuck and All About Boats,  he got in touch with me right away and made sure to get exactly the right model and part, despite it being slightly obscure now. He was very helpful and quick, and I will keep them in mind for all my future boat needs.
