I replaced the lower unit on our boat with a different gear ratio. After explaining my issue (not getting up on plane) to the staff, they quickly recommended the correct prop pitch. Bam, problem solved! They are AWESOME and I strongly recommend them...Thanks again

We bought our boat from them which was fine. Every winter we would then take it to them to have various repairs made and winterized. 2 years ago they were asked to figure out idling issues with our boat because it would suddenly cut off. They claim to have rebuilt the Carburetor which would have fixed the problem. The next year same problem so again we took it back over the winter for them to figure out and have them a list of a few other things we wanted fixed including replacing the Sea-Ray sticker on the side of the boat and fixing the pin that holds the biminey in place. They had the boat for the entire winter season to get repairs done. When we went to pick it up the sticker hadn't been replaced and the pin hadn't been fixed yet we were charged for it. They quickly fixed the pin but had to still order the sticker. We proceeded to take the boat out and again it shut down on us anytime we idled. We finally took it to another boat repair shop who corrected the carburetor and informed us that it didn't appear to have been rebuilt as we thought it had. Will NEVER return to this place. Oh, and I almost forgot. The very first year we took our boat here they lost our key which later that year they finally found on another customer's boat who was nice enough to return it to them so they could return it to us.

Purchased Sea Ray in 2004. Most recently a Avalon Pontoon boat. First class folks. You can never go wrong dealing with a family owned business. My kind of people.
