Steve was tremendous and his customer service was superior. I needed a new boat cover quickly for my pontoon which was damaged in a storm and it is quite expensive. Contacted my local dealer to see if I could get this covered under my limited warranty since the boat was only 3 years old, but they were not very helpful nor responsive. The local dealer came back with a very expensive quote. Spoke to Steve at Fred's Boats Sales & Service and he was extremely helpful and very responsive in contacting the boat manufacturer on my behalf. Bottom line: I was initially considering filing a claim with my insurance company and paying the expensive deductible but thanks to Steve and his persistence with the boat manufacturer, he was able to get me a brand new customized boat cover at no expense to me. Steve was always very positive, responsive, and had a great attitude and I highly recommend Steve and Fred's Boats Sales & Service for all your boats needs. Thanks again Steve!
