Great professional service! I bought an old mantle clock that wasn't working well. After a thorough search on Google, I decided to bring the clock to All About Time. Frank was very helpful, and after a few days called with the cost of repair which I found to be very reasonable. After giving him the go-ahead, he called a few days later to let me know the clock was ready for pickup. At pickup he took time to explain what work was done and what I needed to do to maintain the clock for proper operation. If you drive too fast you might miss the shop! We just inherited a grandfather clock from a deceased family member and the clock needed to be transported and repaired as it hasn't been working for several years. Frank was just the person we needed to repair our clock. He was so fast and efficient and was kind enough to explain each thing he was doing and was teaching on the way! He brought the clock back to life and now it sounds beautiful. He was extremely friendly and passionate about what he does, we couldn't be more happier with the service we received.

My vintage Howard Miller gold table alarm clock’s quartz analog movement no longer operated properly. I had clumsily attempted to repair myself, but made a mess of the project. Since this item was gifted to me by my prior long-time corporate employer I’m retired now and specially engraved, it held sentimental value, and I did not desire to discard. After considerable research and reading reviews, I took it to All About Time Clock Repair where Frank subsequently performed the necessary repairs. Since the original Howard Miller quartz alarm movement could not be replaced no longer available, he was able to procure an after-market replacement that fits perfectly with only a reversal of the back cover required. After a couple of weeks including diagnosis, procurement of the replacement quartz movement, and subsequent assembly, I picked up my clock which now works and appears like new. Moreover, Franks’ labor and parts charges were very reasonable—and fair. Bottom line, I’m a totally satisfied customer and can unreservedly recommend All About Time for professional clock repairs. I’m glad I found this business and can add my positive comments to all the prior reviews.
