I'm giving it five stars because I believe that everyone has come here has had a wonderful experience based on the reviews. That's one of the reasons why I tried to come today to get my boyfriend's watch cleaned and battery changed. Unfortunately this location is out of business but I hope to visit one of the locations soon.

I talked to someone waiting from 2:15pm I got here at 415pm expected to be back at 4 30pm but theres no one here. Every one says he does great work and it is worth the wait but, my first Impression is unprofessional. Hopefully this is a one time deal because, alot of people are waiting.

I have found my new watch repair place! Kenny is very personable and his customer service is outstanding. He repaired my watch and cleaned it so nice that I can't stop staring at it! Thank you Kenny....you earned a customer for life. Excellent service and reasonable pricing.

I will never go to another watch shop as long as I am in Phoenix,  Excellent Customer Service.  Work is guaranteed and I still have not had any issues with any of the 6 watches they have worked on for me.

Kenny knows watches and does good work. This is a small shop so you know the high rating is not some manager ordering employees to put in fake reviews. I look forward to going back in the future. Kenny is generous in sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm about watches.
