I was locked up my vehicle company never showed up kept changing the time on me here we are 1 hours later and they still haven't showed. My ETA time was 7 minutes ssad...will never use this company again.Service: Car lockouts

They were suppose to come but didn’t sat and wait for 2 hour then when I called Thomas Barker no answer I called 5 times to see if everything was ok no answer and still haven’t received service don’t use them ever and I had to call another company to get my tow serviceService: Battery service

Horrible customer service. Insurance company assigned company to assist us. I called to check on arrival time. Representative was extremely rude and incentive over the phone when I asked about ETA while waiting with my family on side of a road. No company deserves or need employees like that man.Service: Battery service
