Abbott's Auto Servicenter

I am glad that I was referred to Abbott Auto Care. This was for my old Ford truck and they listen to my concern, worked with me on day to bring the truck in, road test and checked and informed me on what was wrong with the truck, service that needed to be done and price. I felt very good about their ability as I had previously brought my Toyota in for service and good work. These guys are the sweetest. I came in to get a hole in my tire looked at, they found a nail, and patched it up nicely. The place also had a rug with play trucks for kids plus a table with crayons to color a picture. My kids colored a picture and the guys proudly displayed it on the wall. Absolutely would recommend their services.

I want to start by saying it saddens me to write this review. We have been taking our vehicles to Abbott's for several years now and have never had a problem. They had my car for the better part of 3 weeks, causing me to miss over $1000 in income in addition to the thousands of dollars worth of repairs we had done. My car is still not running properly and the shop manager, Eric, doesn't seem to care. I use my car to work and transport my 10 month old daughter in it and need it running without the fear of breaking down. I am writing this review in the hopes the owner or someone above Eric, even though according to him the chain of command stops with him, will contact me. I am now thousands of dollars in debt with a car that still does not run right. This is unacceptable.Service: Engine repair

Update 10/5/22: took a different vehicle for an oil change. Visit was very quick and done right. Service Advisor let me know that next time a more expensive and time consuming visit would be needed for recommended preventative maintenance. That is a great thing to know ahead of time so I'm not surprised. Still very pleased with their service and professionalism. This was my first visit and I am very pleased. My car needed the turn signal bulbs replaced, so nothing terribly taxing, but a good initial check of their operation. The repair was fast and done right. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. I'll be going back for my automotive repairs in the future.

This is an honest and real mechanic shop. They replaced the rack and pinion to fix the electric steering failure on my 2012 F-150. Upon closing the driver's side door, the side mirror fell to the ground and shattered, which they replaced free of charge with a $400 mirror from the rip off central Ford dealer down the road. These guys are honest mechanics and take pride in their work. Go to them before any dealership. You won't be disatisfied.

My family is currently using this business. I would not recommend this business. They keep on coming up with “problems with the car so they can keep it longer” and charge more. We may never get the car back. This is absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT use this business!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I'm grateful that a co-worker recommended Abbott's Auto to me. I'm happy with both the work they do and the customer service. On a recent visit for tires, they noticed that there was an issue with my battery. I was able to get that taken care of the same week...before the cold weather hit!
