I came in for the very first time, was greeted with superb customer service. Tony was nice and very helpful. Assisted with my oil change and offered very helpful insight. Overall exceptional and speedy service!

If I could give one star I would. This is the worst store and employees. I took my car I. About 2 weeks ago now because my battery kept dying instead so instead of suggesting me to purchase a new battery these money greed basted suggested that I buy new alternator which cost 1300.00 so two days later my battery went dead again I had towed back and I was told because I have a Honda when my lights are on off it really mean they are on BS so I was told to keep them on auto. Two day later battery went dead again. As of 11/5/2022 my car is back at Midas and now being told it’s my battery. At this point I will be taking Legal actions cause the battery price is 334 which they wanted me to cover that, so I asked the manager what about the 1300 I just paid and that didn’t fix the issue. I wasn’t offered any kind of resolution for the unnecessary part being added. I have made a call to corporate hopefully I will receive a call back! I will not be recommending Midas on Decker Blvd, they only want your money and not fix the issue.

Great service! The staff were extra friendly. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in and repair my vehicle. Very pleased customer.

Love this shop.. staff is always pleasant.. it’s rare but I never feel misguided when I’m told Wht is needed for my vehicle.. n they are always willing to help n give discounts when available to help customer with expenses

I would if I could put no stars this is a horrible heartless place steal your money mess your car up and send you on your way I feel sorry for people who don't know nothing about mechanic most women don't and they know that ladies please be careful don't go there it may be cheap save your money and go somewhere with people who care about your safety when you driving. If you don't listen you will regret it.

Don't have your vehicle services done here I promise you will regret it..They cause 2 different problems in one service..I'm not going to detail bc it would be entire book afterwards...just don't trust their words nor service. Horrible experience. I couldn't believe my eyes

Came in for an oil change & to have a couple of things looked at my main concern was an overheating issue with my car I was told I needed to completely replace my radiator fan assembly in my car I was quoted around $400 in parts & labor for that & was told I needed a new battery for my car around $320 for the battery & installation For the other things inspected, I was told everything would cost me around $2200 PLUS the $400 they wanted to charge to replace the radiator fan assembly After seeing how they tried to overprice a battery + installation I literally bought a new battery from Sam’s club for $120 & installed it myself I didn’t feel right going ahead with the work they recommended. Went to a reliable mechanic I’ve been to for years, & they quoted me less than $350 for multiple repairs worth of work on my car, including the overheating issue. He also told me my radiator fan was never an issue, as it was working PERFECTLY. The issue was the thermostat & housing, & he didn’t know how the mechanic came to that conclusion about the radiator assembly needing a replacement in the first place. Thankfully since then, I’ve had 0 overheating issues with my car thanks to the great mechanic I went to. It’s unfortunate I couldn’t leave a better review. Besides the inaccurate information given to me by the mechanic in charge at that time & what I felt to be overpricing, the staff was really nice & welcoming. Just disappointed that they could have fed me the wrong information just to make some money & have me come back & spend more money on the same issue that should of been addressed the first time I came in. Very nice people once again, but then again just because they’re nice does that make them trustworthy/honest? Not sure. Could also be that the mechanic at the time was inexperienced. If that’s the case, that’s even more of a problem, IMO. I’d recommend everyone get a second opinion if you get any inspections done at this location.

Young gentleman with the white long sleeve took very good care of my car, he took the time to explain what it was and how it functions, definitely will be choosing, palmetto garage works, here on out

Came in for an overdue oil change. Received excellent customer service from Xavier and Amar. Service light was still. Returned to store with questions about service light. Amar was excellent in researching and explaining to me the reason for service light on after oil change. I am definitely a repeat customer.
