I bought a car about 2 months ago. It ran fine until a few days ago. I took it to my mechanic & the catalytic converter went out. So that’s at LEAST 1300.00. I bought my car from Auto City & I realize things can go wrong. I just wish there was a better system so they could determine lemons from good cars.

They stayed open late so that I could get there. While I was test driving a car, that I really liked, a check engine light came on. All City was honest about what was happening and even pulled the car off the market. They could have sold it to me, and I most likely wouldn't have caught the mistake until it was too late. Honesty can be rare and is worth a lot. I appreciate their honesty and recommend them for future people looking for vehicles.

I had been looking for a vehicle with specific features for about a month. I was so tired of dealing with the typical car salesmen, pushing to sell me something I didn't want. When I found a vehicle I was interested in at All City Auto, I spoke to Mark about it. He was never pushy... he let me take my time in making my decision. It was a breath of fresh air. I decided to buy the vehicle... he gave me a fair deal on my trade in and he reassured me over and over that if I had any issues, not to hesitate to call him. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I had a small mechanical issue with it. I called Mark and he had me bring it in to be serviced right away and gave me a different vehicle to drive in the meantime. He was SO nice. The other guys in the office, Blair and Konstantin, were very friendly as well. When I decide to upgrade my vehicle in the future, All City will be the first place I turn. I want to say that Mark Pas was a tremendous help when it came to finding me a new car. I had be driving a reliable but worn out Toyota Camry for years and was ready for an upgrade. It took some searching but Mark helped me find just what I was looking for and at a reasonable cost. I felt that he was fair and easy to deal with when it came to closing on my new Ford Escape. The staff at ALL City Auto was great! They gave me a great deal on a great vehicle. Soon after my purchase I had a slight problem All city Auto sent me a check within a week of calling to help me with the repair costs. Great deals, Great service, would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I bought a van from them and was having major issues from day one of buying it and they were fing awesome about it! They kept trying to fix it for almost a year. On there own dime too! Finally after 8 months of it breaking down constantly they said they were just going to buy me a new vehicle! Well new to me..They are my hero! I love All City Auto and would recommend going there!
