I really like how well everyone, especially Zach, worked with me on this. This is my very first new car and because of past financial issues, I wasn't even sure I would qualify to get a new or even a used car. I love that there was no judgment shown that I had less than stellar credit and that everyone still worked to get me the best rates they could. Even the issue with the windshield cracking due to a rock off of a truck during the test drive was handled amazingly. Would, and already have, recommend Valley Imports. No haggling, no negotiations, no hassles. You know what the lowest price is right off the bat. No worries that the salesman is pushing you to buy something more expensive than you can afford so he makes his commission because that's not how they earn their pay. Will return if I am ever in the need for a new or even used car again. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in getting car from a dealer/lot!

I’ve been taking my car to Valley imports for years, and have traveled hours just for this place. The Service department and sales people have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I take my fun summer car there and they remember everything about my car and treat me amazing. I personally haven’t purchased a car from the dealership yet but from what I’ve experienced second hand is the salesmen are willing to work with you and help out those with credit issues or any issue like figuring out how to get a third-party payment. Highly recommend.

Definitely not a Place you hear of often, or at all..but you should! I bought my first, used vehicle from here and I am very pleased with not only the vehicle but the employees as well. We worked with Zach, who was very thorough, kind and patient. He was always quick to respond, via text or call. He made sure everything was perfect for us. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to buy a vehicle this is the place!

Due to me not being able to approve the suggested service work in a timely manner, the service center was going to have to complete the work on my vehicle the next day. I shared that that wouldn't work for me as I needed my vehicle that evening, so could reschedule to bring in the car the following week. My service advisor went to inform the technician, who responded by saying he would stay late and complete the work that evening so as to not inconvenience me. WOW! I always get great service from the Valley Imports team, but this was over and above. Another reason why I will continue to work with them in the future.

The communication was great and very detailed. I have never have had winter tires for my car nor ordered them online to have an installer switch them out. It was very comforting to talk with Michelle in the serve department about this and clearly had done this many times before. She took the time to explain things and listen to me and answer all of my questions. My car even got a wash before I came to pick it up!!!! Thanks to Valley Imports service department for a great experience.

Had to bring my vehicle in 3x for the same issue. Not because it wasn’t fixed correctly, but diagnostics/ordering parts service consultant I felt I made 2 extra trips coming from 70 miles away. It took 3 days to complete the work. I had also asked for new wiper blades. I requested this service from Dylan when I dropped my vehicle off. I called the day I was going to pick it up and asked specifically if he remembered to put wipers on after he had called and said the vehicle was done. The woman who answered the phone, said that it wasn’t done, but assured me it would be done by the time I picked my vehicle up that afternoon. When I picked my vehicle up, I checked in with Keith and paid for the wiper blades. 15 minutes after I left got a call back saying I left my garage door opener in the loaner car. I returned to get my garage door opener. I picked it up FROM DYLAN. I left. After 15 minutes, I got another call from Dylan. My wiper blades had not been put on yet! So, yet again, I had to return to Valley Imports to have him put the wiper blades on. That is just terrible service! No complaints about how my vehicle was fixed, but with Dylan. Also, on a previous visit, the time when this vehicle issue should have been resolved, I called that morning, coming from 70 miles away. I left a message with Dylan asking for a loaner. When I got there, he mentioned nothing about a loaner. I asked for one. He wasn’t sure there was one available and acted like it was a big deal taking too much of his time? to get it set up for me. He did give me a tip about helping with gas mileage. Beside that, his service was not good.

Two months of them not wanting to deal with my extended warranty company, I had to make the phone calls to them to let them know what they wanted to fix and negotiate the price. Valley Imports WILL NOT negotiate with your warranty company for labor rate, leaving you with a huge bill. Took 2 months to get 10 hrs of labor done, wrong parts ordered in, repairs were not submitted to my warranty company, return phone calls took days if not a week. Service manager agreed to take care of the bill for me since it was a complete mess, when I showed up they still wanted $600 for 2.5 hours of labor. Never received a loaner vehicle contract or was informed they want vehicle brought back full of gas, when I tried to inform the service advisor he didn't even want to listen, WILL NOT be dealing with Valley Imports anymore, did not do everything they could, understaffed, etc. Look somewhere else for service.

Valley Imports provides an unparalleled level of incredible customer support and professional service. From our first phone call through the completion of our service, we received nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and comprehensive communication, along with the highest quality of service. Michelle performed a legitimate Christmas miracle for us by securing a full set of hard to find tires, and getting us on the schedule right before the holiday. First off Michelle Alm need a raise. She is absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond and did more that the average person would. I was 1$ short in cash to pay my bill, I had a card but she insisted she give me a dollar and made me put my card away and would not take it. I then proceed to dig for change to get the exact amount and she said I got it and I said I have some right here. That is beyond kind of her. Valley Imports needs to give this lady a raise. She is an amazing employee!!!

I am completely satisfied with the customer service and experience with the service issue on my vehicle. Keith, the Service Advisor, was great to get my vechile in for the needed repairs even though I did not have an appointment scheduled. The customer service from all of the team at Valley Imports is exceptional.
