All-Clean Softwash

Their services almost killed me, literally. The chemical they use to clean the side of our apartment building was either mixed too strong But either way not very eco like they say. It was on a hot day, pollen count was high and they made us shut all of our windows in a brick building. My throat burned for 3 days and by the end of the week I could barely breath and I almost suffocated to death in my bedroom. I feel the only thing that save my life was owning a hepa filter. I don’t have allergies and this was no cold. My symptoms all started immediately after they started to clean. I had to leave my home and when I did, the water that dripped on me turned my shirt and sneakers white with spots. I tried to write an email to give them a chance to respond but no response. I got it the worse but the other tenants complained of hives and discomfort in the very strong chemical smell. It even killed one of our lovely trees out front. Beware before you hire them.

The worst experience for me ever. They gave me a quote for roof and gutter cleaning. After their team worked for 2 hours, they said the quote should increase by USD150 because it was underbid. They left the house and did not complete the job while I was preparing the house to be on the market the second day. DO not hire them.

I was totally pleased with All-Clean Softwash. Everyone I talked to and worked with was friendly and professional, they were on time and the job they did was excellent. Based on my experience, I recommend them completely.
