Robert and Jacob spent a week repairing our tile roof. They were punctual, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They repaired a number of leaks and replaced several tiles. Each day they cleaned up before they left. Once the roof was repaired, Darren and Jeff came out and cleaned the roof and gutters and treated the roof afterwards. When Darren and Jeff were done, all the moss and algae was gone and the roof looked like new! We are so pleased with all the work performed on our roof. a big shout out to ROB/JACOB for their work on a leaking window project; finding out the flashing on the roof area was done INCORRECTLY slowly forcing water into the window over time! ruined the window sill and seal. they were thorough, honest, communicative as to status of the project as it progressed and diligent in their work to fix both inside and outside of the house like new. they did a FANTASTIC job, minimizing our expense and the after math is PERFECT! We got our roof replaced by Home Masters in Summer 2021. It was overall a very stressful experience. - They kept delaying the process, and it took 2 weeks to replace the roof. - They were very slow to respond to calls and emails throughout the entire ordeal. - The workers got caught by us cutting corners and not replacing the old under-materials like the contract stated, so some parts of the roof still has the old material under the shingles. - There was a lot of nails and staples left around the house we had to clean up afterwards. - They promised "5-star" Certainteed warranty, which ended up being a 4-star. They sound nice on paper and the salespeople and the owner are pleasant to talk to, but the overall experience was too stressful and unsatisfactory.
