I am extremely impressed with the customer service provided by All Copy Products. They maintain all of our printers, copiers, and postage machine. Anytime I have a question or need maintenance/supplies they respond promptly and professionally. I am extremely satisfied with their services!
All Copy's departments don't communicate with one another, so AR doesn't know what sales is doing and it takes months to get them on the same page. You'll be charged for "service" whether the problem is solved or not. Find another copier service.
Our experience with All Copy specifically with Stacey Brooks and their mailing equipment division has been excellent! This company knows how to provide dependable and professional support. I strongly recommend this quality organization.
All Copy did a great job with getting the lease set up but once the equipment was delivered the ball was dropped from there. Once the agreement was signed communication was scarce and setup was a headache and our team had to continuously follow up.
The Copier Department has been GREAT! Chris LaForge is AMAZING!!! BUT sadly, the IT Department & Billing have been an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with!! We are counting the days until our IT/phone contract expires. If you are looking to purchase phones/service or IT support - GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!! You will thank me later!

We received a new copier this spring and All Copy's team was wonderful with the installation, and they saved us about 35.00 a month with our new copier contract. We have had them service our needs for at least 10 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our copier and computer tech needs.
