All Inclusive Vacations

Steve assisted us with a 7 night vacation to the Riviera Maya. From the start the customer service was very professional and friendly. He did a great job answering all of our questions and catering to our needs. He was very timely in his responses. We sat down with Steve and went over all of our options for our vacation. He recommended a few places for us to look at based off our budget and certain amenities we wanted . We chose to stay at the Valentin Imperial Maya. My now husband and I sat down with several travel agents stressing out about finding the right place to enjoy our honeymoon. We heard about Diane through a family member of ours and decided to voice our travel desires to her. Diane was extremely helpful in guiding us to the honeymoon of our dreams while keeping a budget! Rather than showing us those filtered photos on every resorts website of a vacation, she had hundreds of authentic pictures she took herself while traveling. She also shared with us a website called Oyster that filters out gimmick photos on all resorts. We ended up staying at The Excellence resort in Riviera Cancun, and it was a honeymoon of a lifetime! Diane gave us very detailed printouts with instructions as far as travel goes, going through customs, and finding our reserved ride from the airport to our resort (which can be very scary). She gave us A LOT of tips on what to avoid, safety, etc. We were just extremely pleased with our experience. We felt that our travel agents here lacked nothing, and provided us with better deals and data than what we could’ve asked for! My husband and I are anticipating sitting down with Diane again to plan another trip. I HIGHLY recommend.

I'm pretty sure the woman from California has them confused with a different place. I'm not sure why you would use a travel agency in West Allis when you live in California. Anyway, I would definately use them again. They were professional, friendly, very helpful and knew a lot about the resorts and destinations. And the best part is that they charge you NOTHING! They are paid by the resorts, apple, and funjet. I was referred to them by a friend and I will definately tell everyone I know to use them.
