Theresa Sawejka was very helpful in finding the best rate for our travel to Disney. She saved a lot of stress.

Original agent was going to be out of the office so she passed along our info to another agent whom we did not know.  The new agent, Mary, called me immediately with all the information that we gave to the original agent and proceeded with exceptional service until the time we booked the trip, about 3-4 days later. Excellent customer service.

Customer Service below 0 . If a client walks into a travel agency, obviously is interested in booking a vacation. If the travel agent is showing no interest in helping or advising or just showing the excitment of traveling than, it makes no sense to go back in there or to book with them. I called even to ask for different options on vacation plans and left a very detailed msg and, a week later no e-mail or call from her . Very disapointing , not welcoming at all. Get some training in customer service !

Teresa at the Greenfield Fox World is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and did a great job at finding exactly what we were looking for in a vacation.
