Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell awesome! came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise and NOT using scare tactics!!, I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. Had an excellent experience working with this company. Great work, honest, well priced, and quality work. The owner talked with me multiple times over the phone at length explaining options and making good recommendations. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the integrity and craftsmanship provided by the workers at our house to clean, remediate and modernize our chimney. Plan to continue working with this company going forwards for routine maintenance and have no reservations recommending them wholeheartedly.

We just had Jarrel and Chris out for our annual cleaning. Going back to 2018 when we bought our home, they inspected and repaired our fireplace and we've had them come every year ahead of the cold months to make sure it's ready to roll. Over the years, they've helped not only with making sure our fireplace it safe and ready for the season but also have cleaned our gutters, our dryer vents and repairs on the exterior of the chimney to prevent leaks. We will never stop having these guys come take care of us. And Jamie is amazing as well with communications and following up. Even reaching out when they had an opening to come a bit earlier in the week. Just outstanding. One of these years I'll actually remember to get up early enough to make these guys breakfast sandwiches...... Thank you all!!

I contacted this company to clean and make operational my two sets of gas logs. A lengthly phone call took place prior to booking about pricing and my needs to confirm they were the company I needed for the job. We agreed on service and pricing and booked an appt. 2 weeks later, techs came out, cleaned and inspected my one chimney / two sets of logs. I was then charged 2x more then what was initially quoted over the phone. The price went from 259.00 to 650.00+. Not one set of logs were lit or made operational. After calling and expressing my displeasure the co-owner said "i'm sorry you didn't understand." All I can say is I have two cleaned fireboxes. 2 non operational logs and a bill double what was advised over the phone. Not to mention the co owner said "oh we are not certified to touch gas lines to logs." What chimney company is not certified in gas but advertises they clean and work on gas logs? This one. If they do not light the logs to test them then how do they know if the cleaning was effective? I hope they understand this 2 star review. 1 extra star because my wife said the techs where nice and polite.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the first phone call to the day of service, they were communicative, patient and understanding. I had Chimney Swifts nesting in my chimney and the All Out team educated me on what needed to happen to ensure no one went to jail or paid a fine. LOL. On the day of service, the guys were on time, upbeat and even cracked a few jokes with me. Chimney looks fantastic and is now water tight. I will definitely hire All Out again. In fact, I have to for a larger project.

I had an appointment scheduled and they never showed or called. Every place around here doesn't have appointments until 3-4 weeks out. I waited an entire month. Now I have to wait another 3-4 weeks for another company.

They came out to clean my chimney a few weeks ago and did a great job. They cleaned up their mess and when they were done you could not even tell they had been there. The chimney and fireplace look great. The price was very reasonable. The business owner actually came out to do the work with a helper and his wife answered the phone when I called. Very nice people. I was happy to use a small local family owned business. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and courteous. The work crew was on time and respectful of my house. They removed their shoes when entering and wore face masks. Office staff is very polite and professional too. They kept me in the loop as to what was going to happen and did exactly what they promised.

We have been customers of All Out Chimney Sweep for over twenty years. They are dependable without fail and highly trained and professional. In addition to regular chimney cleaning over the years, they installed a stainless steel flue insert for us 2005 and made other repairs to the exterior chimney and inside the firebox, including masonry repair. All Out's quality of work is superb and the pricing fair, and their people--Bill, Beth and Jarrell--are the best in the business.
