Used this company before so thought I'd go back. Needed patio door and windshield. Had estimate and then went to confirm order in person and waited and Rob never called back. Waited almost 5 weeks. Likely too busy to do a small job. Not sure I would do business here again because I didn't even get a call back from the car window lady either who says she's she is in a different department. Tried to keep business in town but they make it difficult. Just be aware. Not sure customer service is their priority.

Amazing service!!! Our slider was shattered and Rob went above and beyond to get it replaced right away. Great communication from start to finish. Thank you all for such a quick turnaround.

Horrible service at this place. Took them 3 times to clean the broken glass out of my car door. Glass was stuck in the track still and scratched my new window. Finally had to drive very far to them myself to get it cleaned out properly but they also bent the clips to my door panel that secured the door panel to the car door. This place was not my choice because the repairs were through my insurance but I would never reccomend this place to anyone!

Poor customer service. The project manager would never call me back after several attempts of leaving messages with the receptionist. This is after they canceled my appointment to get measurements due to their technicians not having time

On Monday I took my family to Golden Gate park and unfortunately in the short time we were there my car was broken into. The passenger quarter panel was broken so thief could access trunk. I called around for prices to fix and got really high estimates. A family member referred All Pro Glass and not only did they have the best price by far, their service is A+ and their technicians were fast, friendly, and did an awesome job! AND they came to me! Thank you All Pro!

Definitely recommend doing business with these guys! Super friendly and showed up right on time and did a quick installation on my civic hatchback!
