Grew up at All Star Lanes. Management is good. They have kept it very well kept up since Mr. Claude passing.

My dad lost his wallet last night. We thought we left it there so we called them simply asking if they could go look for it. My dad literally couldn't get two words out to the guy on the phone because the manager was cussing at him literally saying I hope we find your wallet so I can spend every g.d. Cent you have... they had obviously talked to someone other that my father who had been very rude about losing their wallet. But that is NO WAY TO TREAT ANYONE. The manager yelled, cussed, and hung up on my dad. This all happened after we played one game in which we had to move lanes because the balls kept getting stuck. Don't ever go to this place it is a disgrace how they treat people. Shame on you for cussing at customers.
