All West Communications

Tried to get service by these guys since it will be only 6 more bucks from what I am paying currently, but was told I have to rent a modem from them and was not able to use my own that I own... not going to rent a $100 modem for $120 a year when I already own one that would work. Thanks for turning a customer away

Have had trouble with service for a month and a half, they quit responding to my service requests. Terrible technical support and they do not back up their services.

These so-and-so's called my dad on his 70th birthday to tell him they were shutting his internet off and "notifying the authorities" for downloading copyrighted material. . . This is a guy who thinks Wi-Fi is a computer program and can't figure out how to attach photos to his email (which is the primary reason he has the internet: to communicate with distant relatives and friends.) Turns out he had and unsecured wifi router. Did they try to explain how to set up the router securely? Or what was going on? I'll give you a guess. Now my dad (who is a Luddite to begin with) is even more scared of the internet. Thanks, ya Nazis.

I've had to have a technician to my home twice a year ever since they purchased our market area. I asked for the highest bandwidth package possible, yet my bandwidth is constantly throttled down. Outdated equipment (they will not replace your old equipment unless demands are made) and infrastructure plague service to us customers who diligently pay for half ass service. On more than one occasion, I have had to threaten with reporting to the Better Business Bureau in order to get a timely response, with either escalated technical support, or service technicians. Unfortunately, this is the only service provider for my area, or I would have dropped them years ago.

I was using NGL Connection I was paying around $90 a month for 15 mbps which is was really only getting 8 maps on a good day. I was referred to Allwest Communication by an associate of mine. I wish I would have switched over a long time ago. I have never had any problems and they when I moved the installations and moving wad super easy. The biggest thing was the price difference I pay $50 for 50 mbps and that is the speed I get it is well worth the money I spend. Great company and even better service.
