The staff are willing to help you with almost any issue. They are as quick as they can be but usually only one or two people are in the office at a time. The office itself is rather tiny. Sometimes it would be better to call ahead to set up something. The equipment is standard. The service of this cable company is also standard. The internet service is nothing to write home about. They like to cut the speed down after 10pm. I've noticed this since I've been with them.

I don't have charter, nor will I ever get it. However two techs were that were not here for our household, they were here for the neighbors decided NOT to knock on our door and tell us they needed in our fenced yard, instead they just helped themselves back there with my 3 dogs and started digging holes. Who in the hell does this? If one of my dogs were to be aggressive and attacked one of these techs, this could result in getting my dog put down and all because of two techs that lack common sense. There are two vehicles in my driveway so there was a clear sign that we were home and now I'm going to have to post no trespassing signs on my fence that I might add is not even part the front of my property, but the back. They had to walk throughout fresh grass seed and all to get there so thank you charter so much for not giving me a chance to let my animals in, for not being able to warn them not to walk along the garden line and for not mentioning that there will be random men digging holes in my backyard. Well done! I will be calling in a complaint as well.
