Only good thing I got from Vyve, is decent customer service when I have called. Other than that, their service is the worse. My wife and I can hardly do our college classes and can barely upload any homework assignments because the internet LOVES to cut out. Was paying for "high speed" plan ran a speed test and was getting less than 2mbps. Have called and called and called about how bad the service is and the customer service rep will work their magic, which only lasts 10-15 minutes before the cutouts start happening again. Of course, they're answer is they are merging with another company (3rd or 4th time since I have had them in the last 5 years), and they are going to upgrade to fiber. I'll believe that when I see it. Finally have had enough and going with a different company.

Terrible service. I've complained about the quality of the speed and latency of my connection and yet the service has never improved. As of today I'm subscribed to 12Mbit yet I ran a speed test at 9:52 and my download speed was only 710kbit with a latency of 127ms to a server only 100 miles away. This is absolute garbage, it should be more like 20ms and no slower than 10.8Mbit.

Well what can I say....when it works it works well...If you like unresolved internet cutouts then this is your Internet provider...Strike 3 Mediastream.
